Richard BingleyRichard Bingley / Former Government Communications

Richard Bingley worked as executive director for a leading London business organisation, where he developed world-renowned public and private partnerships that synergised critical facets in business security, resilience and crisis communications. He has advised government partners in some of the world's most vulnerable urban security environments across Britain and India including the UK's National Counter- Terrorism Security Office (NaCTSO).

Richard's background spans the IT sector, journalism and government public relations, where Richard worked advising high-profile UK and overseas government leaders including Britain's last two prime ministers, MPs and Olympic borough local authority leaders. Richard has published books on the defence trade and global terrorism.

Richard has most recently been guest security analyst on Al Jazeera covering city security and crowded places control during Egypt's 2011 mass protests. He is a member of the British Standards Institute Security Management Committee.


Justin CrumpJustin Crump / Security Intelligence and Management Process Consultant

Justin is an intelligence expert with fifteen years’ service in the British Armed Forces, including operational experience in the Balkans, Iraq and Afghanistan. His civilian experience includes various roles as a front office banker in JP Morgan, management consulting for the British Foreign and Commonwealth Office and work as an intelligence advisor to UniCredit (the Italian banking giant).

In 2008 Justin became Director of Threat Intelligence for the international risk consultancy Stirling Assynt, and last year established Sibylline in order to focus on furthering the use of intelligence in business. He is a respected commentator and lecturer on jihadist affairs and global terrorism.


Brett LovegrovePaul Hayden / Director, Resolve Network

Paul was appointed as Chief Fire Officer/Chief Executive with Hereford and Worcester Fire and Rescue Service in 2005.

Paul has held a number of key Government including Chief Fire Officers Association (CFOA) roles. Since leaving the fire and rescue service in 2010, Paul has worked on a number of safety and resilience projects including a UN sponsored role in Mongolia where he assisted the National Emergency Management Agency in devolvement of operational policies for a range of major disasters. His most recent UN deployment has been to assist the Himalayan Kingdom of Bhutan, where he has designed and implemented a Business Continuity programme across all Government Ministries.
